1Terms Acceptance

4Deposits & Payments

• The minimum deposit amount is RM20 unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), except for crypto deposits which are converted at the prevailing exchange rate.
• Dollar138 does not charge processing fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own charges.

5Withdrawal

Dollar138 is committed to processing all valid withdrawals within the promised timeframe. eWallet withdrawals are processed within 15–30 minutes, while bank transfers take 1–2 hours, operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 for all withdrawal methods.
• The standard daily withdrawal limit is RM50,000 for regular accounts, and can be increased for VIP members.
• The bank account or eWallet name must match the registered name on your dollar138 account.
• First withdrawals or amounts exceeding a certain threshold require full KYC verification before processing.
• Dollar138 reserves the right to request proof of source of funds for large withdrawals as a fraud prevention measure.
• Bonus withdrawals require the associated rollover conditions to be met before they can be processed.
